No, the monthly subscription is for each Significant Energy Use being optimized with EMMA. A meeting with the sales team will help you get a clear idea of how to configure EMMA for your company and the total service cost.

Yes, there is a setup fee. Depending on the circumstances, equipment installation may be necessary; this is assessed by our sales team.

The number of users is unlimited; you can also assign different access permissions, either for energy management teams or for data viewing only.

Yes. EMMA is flexible and allows you to add or remove areas or equipment at any time.

Yes, all EMMA contracts have a minimum term of 12 months.

Yes, EMMA offers a special «proof of concept» mode where companies sign a contract for a period shorter than 12 months, limited to a specific area within operations.

About using EMMA

EMMA operates under a cloud service; all information is managed on our servers and users access it through a web browser with their username and password.

If the company already has energy consumption records, we have different options to access the information online.

Generally between one and four weeks, depending on data integration procedures or equipment installation needs.

It’s ideal but not essential. If you have it, the data should match the periodicity used in the platform. Otherwise, data must be collected after setup to generate the first model.

EMMA includes a personalized onboarding process. It’s not a formal consultancy, but it covers everything needed to maximize use of the platform’s features.

EMMA measures the carbon footprint associated with energy consumption at each Significant Energy Use. With the CarbonFootprint module, you can measure the corporate footprint across all three scopes.
